Here you can find some common tips and reminders for your daily use of PCMIS
You only need to complete the SDQ (Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire) instead of the Follow-up questionnaire. This is to help you to see progress and for us to collect data.
When you have updated NHS number, you can go to ‘Detail’ tab and remove the alert for ‘No Spine Match’, so it stops popping up when you open ths case.
You can hold 'Ctrl' while clicking a case, this will open a new tab in your browswer, saving you finding your tray when you close the tab.
Don't forget to
Fill in the 'Reason for Deactivation' when deactivating a case.
Log emails and text messages on PCMIS as notes, whereas any meaningful contact such as a phone call that lasted more than 15 mins should be logged as an appointment instead. Triage calls are considered meaningful contacts.
make sure the service user's NHS number is on PCMIS before deactivating a case (from 1-to-1 or group).
