Paris EPR has been live since 2013 and previously Hertfordshire were using Care Notes and Essex were using Epex.

Admins can search PARIS to see if the child/young person has any other NHS record.

When you get logged into your computer you will notice this icon on your desktop

You can only access Paris Live on a trust computer either connected to the trust Wi-Fi or by a network cable or when you use VPN i.e. when working from home.

How do I get my password?

You can watch all the trust induction Videos via The Hive (see below) and then log a call to get your password (see Support Section)

and/or

attend the Basic Overview Training via Microsoft Teams and this can be booked on The Hive

Online Training via Microsoft Teams

There are a number of training courses that you can attend, most are 1.5 hours but the basic overview course is 1 hour. These courses will give you the basic skills you need to feel comfortable navigating around Paris and recording your assessments and case notes. The courses take into account those generic things and then other courses will be specific to a type of role that a staff member has.

Face to Face Training for Paris
