🚪Patient Portal
The patient portal serves as an online platform for service users to complete consent forms and clinical questionnaires securely, and the results will be shown on PCMIS directly.

NOTE: If you don't want the client to receive SMS text to access the Patient Portal, you'll need to untick the 'Portal SMS' box at the very bottom of 'Details' section.
You will find 2 Secure ID’s which they will need in order to access the portal. The first ID will be included in the link via their first SMS, and you should provide the second either in person, email, or letter. You can find both secure IDs in the 'Portal' section.
To access the correct ROM the service user will need to skip the page until they reach to correct one (they cannot just click on the one they want to use). To skip the page/s they need to scroll down to the bottom where they will see the options 'Skip' & 'Next'.
Once on the correct page the ROM should be completed and then click Next. When all ROMs have been completed the service user needs to skip to the final “completed” page where the ROM will save and pull through to their record on PCMIS; ready for the worker to pick up and review. It’s important that the worker informs the service user which ROM’s to complete and ensures the correct identifier is given for each ROM
After the Portal SMS is sent, a note will then be automatically generated under the 'Notes' section.
