You can use the following link to access NHS's spine service, in order to find information such as NHS number or GP practice.

You'll be prompted to log in with a smart card and your 4-digit code

If you need to find out contact details for a GP practice that's not listed in our admin list, you can use the Service Finder to look it up. You will need to register with your nhs email if you haven't done it before.
