Outlook
Whenever you are out of office, either due to being on leave or studying at university, you should set up your out-of-office automatic replies.
You can find the setting by clicking 'File' on the top left of your outlook, then the 'Automatic Replies (Out of Office)' button.
You'll need to choose the option 'Send automatic replies'.
If you know the period you'll be away for, you can set up the time accordingly after ticking the box 'Only send during this time range:'
You can then write your message in the textbox given. Make sure you fill in both the 'Inside My Organization' and 'Outside My Organization' parts.
Work Mobile
You can record your out-of-office voicemail on your work mobile by dailling 12301 and following the instructions.
