Virtual Private Network (VPN)

We use Cisco Secure Client to access VPN when we are not working on any HPFT site.

You can find it on your system and it looks like this

Once you have opened the software, you will be able to choose from 3 different nodes. It usually doesn't matter which one you use, however, if one of them seems to be disconnecting often, you might be better off trying the other two.

Login

After you pick a node, just click the 'Connect' button to enable the VPN. You can log in to the VPN using the same credentials as your laptop.
