At the present time, children/young people can contact the service by speaking to their school’s EMHP. In the future it is intended that children/young people may phone or follow the website link for service information. All such activity will be logged and discussed within the records of the clinical meeting.

Comments, Compliments & Complaints
Comments, compliments & complaints can be made in line with the Trust’s policy. MHST staff should ensure that any direct feedback in relation to these areas are shared with SLT so that learning notes can be taken forward and discussed in PG if required.
Feedback
Staff should encourage feedback from service users using Friends and Families Test cards (see photos below) and team specific QR Codes (found on the shared drive, M:\MHST\NEW Shared Drive\Service Wide\FEEDBACK). School staff to use the parent/carer QR code or can send an e mail to the team email address.
